The grain slurry recycling system classifies used grain slurry discharged from the wire saw by means of the primary centrifugal separator and collects grains.

The grains are further classified by the secondary centrifugal separator. The coolant is collected, and cutting chips are disposed of.

Recycled slurry is prepared by mixing the collected grains and coolant and adding new slurry (new grains or coolant) as needed.
*All of the processes described above will be performed automatically.
